The International Boys’ Day website is sponsored by the Dads4Kids Fatherhood Foundation based in Australia. The Dads4Kids Fatherhood Foundation is a Harm Prevention Charity formed in 2002. The mission of Dads4Kids is to improve the well-being of children by increasing the proportion of children growing up with involved, responsible, committed and loving fathers. The aim of Dads4Kids is to help turn the tide of fatherlessness as well as resource and encourage fathers.
Boys grow up to be men. Manhood is the foundation for fatherhood. Good men make good fathers. Children and families are the benefactors. Dads4Kids has networked with other fatherhood and men’s organisations to promote a positive view of masculinity and encourage family-friendly policies to support men and boys.
The team at Dads4Kids has been working with Dr Jerome Teelucksingh for over a decade promoting positive male role models.
Dads4Kids is honored to work with the founder of International Men’s Day, Dr Jerome Teelucksingh, as well as family-friendly men and fatherhood groups all over the world. Together, we are promoting a unified global celebration of boyhood and the positive contribution that boys will make and can make to society when they mature to be men of honour and integrity.
